Shipping Conditions
The shipment of goods by parcel marking occurs within 2-3 working days from receipt of order.
Shipping costs
Delivery charges are € 13 for up to 30kg. € 30 a quintal or part thereof for transport by courier on the road.
Informativa ai sensi del D. Lgs. N.185/99:
Purchases made on our site, as all purchases at a distance by phone or mail, as it occurs outside of business premises are protected by the D. Lgs n.185 of 22 May 1999, making it possible for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of goods. This right is the option of returning the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and the resulting refund of the purchase price.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal shall apply to natural persons acting for purposes which are to their work. Are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases made by retailers and by companies.

Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 10 days of receipt of the goods, a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: Barbara Cesare, via Duca 3 Alessano (Le)
Such notification must include the product codes that you want to return, and details on how the reimbursement of expenses incurred (wire, etc..) And any bank.
The products subject to reconsideration should be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, the same address used for the letter.
Once we receive the merchandise and the integrity verificatane will, as soon as possible, to credit the customer the cost of products returned, retaining, as necessary, the amount of shipping charges that are still charged to the customer.
